Water treatment engineer

Location: Canary Wharf, England Sector: Engineering Salary: £55,000 per annum Water Treatment Engineer - FM Service provider - Foot Mobile - High End Residential Buildings – London – Up to £55,000 + Package PAYE or CIS Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service provider situated in London. CBW is recruiting for a Water Treatment Engineer to be based across a commercial high-end residential contract in London covering 7 sites, the majority of these sites being in the Canary Wharf area and one in South West London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in water treatment, ideally with some plumbing experience. In return the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000, overtime and further training. Package & Working hours Up to £55,000 (depending on experience) Up to £180 - £220 a day CIS (depending on experience) Overtime available Working hours: 7.30 – 17.00 Mon – Thu & 7.30 – 16.00 Fridays £160 a month travel allowance 24 days holiday + bank holidays Private healthcare insurance Further training Company pension Key Responsibilities Domestic samples Closed system samples BCW tank clean and disinfections Sample remedial action Disinfecting mains water pipes and hot & cold water systems when the need arises Working with chemicals such as chemical dosing Surveys on hot and cold water systems Basic plumbing Repairing pipework and leaks Small plumbing jobs such as dead leg removal Carry out general building maintenance Requirements City and Guilds in Plumbing City and Guilds in Water Treatment City and Guilds Legionella control within hot and cold water systems Demonstrate previous experience in water system remediation/maintenance works Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material Fully trained and knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd
