Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour + commission Commissions & hourly compensation can vary depending on experience.

Position Overview: As a BODY20 Sales Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis! You will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness studio by providing best-in-class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community.

A Day In The Life: Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic. Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients. Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns. Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities. Work hand-in-hand with our Coaches to guide potential members through their first BODY20 workout. Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution. Participate in marketing and outreach events. Maintains an organized and clean lobby & front desk at all times. Responsible for attending and participating in all relative BODY20 training programs

Presale Responsibilities And Standards: Organic lead generation, daily pre-sale center set up, social media engagement, work events or presale center outside, if weather permits, under the tent

Requirements: Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients, excellent verbal and written communication skills, enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly, passion for health and wellness, strong follow-up and organizational skills
