- Develop and implement a variety of recreational activities and programs that cater to different interests and abilities.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics for activities, ensuring resources are in place.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance program offerings and participant satisfaction.
- Engage with participants to gather feedback and make improvements to activities.
- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.
- Maintain accurate records of participation and inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Promote activities via various communication channels to increase participation.

- Previous experience in coordination, event planning, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the capacity to adapt to changing environments.
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

- This is a part-time position, with flexibility in scheduling based on activity needs.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required depending on scheduled activities.
