Position Summary As a Sales Consultant at OneWater Marine, you will assist customers throughout the sales process, ensuring an exceptional experience by utilizing the defined sales process. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delighting customers and achieving or exceeding their volume and margin sales goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greeting and engaging walk-in customers, phone inquiries and online leads using OneWater sales tools such as CRM. Developing relationships with customers by understanding their needs. Professionally presenting products to customers and prospects, including reviewing features and benefits. Managing the sales process from start to finish, including presentations, preparing quotes, completing trade evaluations and presenting pricing consistent with achieving margin and customer satisfaction goals. Partnering with business manager for finance requirements. Closing sales and meeting and/or exceeding monthly and annual sales goals. Maintaining an understanding of products offered in store, including boat models, brands, features and accessories, and staying updated on industry trends and innovations. Providing post‑sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any questions or concerns. Promoting repeat business by actively following up with past clients. Attending sales meetings and actively participating in boat shows, store and off‑sale events. Completing and maintaining all necessary paperwork used throughout the sales process. Performing all other duties as assigned. Skills Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive, customer‑oriented attitude. Qualifications / Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce or similar platforms). Prior experience in marine sales is a plus. Solid understanding of marine products, accessories, and boating trends is preferred.
