How we will compensate you: You have the power to determine your own income with our commission-based compensation. The average income of our agents under the N8 and N9 Agent’s Contract who meet annual minimum sales production requirements is $124,000. Individual agent performance will determine your income. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) and pension. Responsibilities Manage client accounts by building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with services provided. Conduct warm calls to identify new business opportunities and nurture leads. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance sales and promote services. Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and drive revenue growth. Analyze market trends to inform business development initiatives and enhance competitive positioning. Lead sales presentations and effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Qualifications Proven experience in account management and sales, with a strong emphasis on B2B sales and business development. Excellent leadership and communication skills, complemented by negotiation expertise. Familiarity with marketing strategies and technology sales, particularly using Salesforce. Strong analytical skills and experience in warm calling to build and maintain client relationships.
