What You'll Do:

• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and collaborate with the healthcare team to update care plans
• Follow physician orders accurately and promptly, ensuring clear communication regarding medication changes
• Maintain documentation and adhere to safety and compliance protocols

What You Need:

• Valid Michigan RN license
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Prior experience in medical-surgical units preferred
