Project Manager - Process DesignPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our projects within the Food, Beverage, and Pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sanitary system design and controls integration, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and collaborationManage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocationDevelop and maintain detailed project documentation, including P&IDs and process design specificationsEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirementsFacilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates and project status reportsIdentify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategiesOversee the integration of control systemsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or higherMinimum of 3 years of project management experience in the Food, Beverage, or Pharmaceutical industriesProven experience with CIP/SIP, sanitary system design, and P&IDsStrong knowledge of process design and controls integrationExperience with control systems integrationExcellent communication and leadership skillsPMP or PE nice to have.Benefits5% 401k match, PTO, Floating Holidays, Paid Holidays, PTO, Quarterly and Annual Bonus Opportunities, Health, Vision, Dental, Short Term, Long Term, HSA, Relocation Assistance and More!
