Associate, Employment Litigation

Job Summary The Rochester office of Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete seeks an associate with 5‑8 years of litigation experience, prior employment litigation experience being required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Successful candidates will be motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team. The position allows for hybrid and/or remote work, although an in‑office presence may be required. Preference will be given to Rochester candidates, but attorneys in other locations may be considered. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in New York. Responsibilities & Qualifications 5‑8 years of litigation experience, with prior employment litigation experience required. Excellent academic credentials.
