Maintenance Manager

Are you a proven maintenance leader with a passion for reliability, safety, and operational excellence? We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, power generation, and facility operations within a continuous manufacturing environment. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of plant assets while driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations. What You'll Do Champion a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance Lead Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), and Power Plant Operations teams Drive equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs Manage plant maintenance budgets, capital expenditures, and long-term asset improvement plans Oversee power generation, utility systems, electrical distribution, steam systems, and facility infrastructure Plan and execute major maintenance outages and shutdowns Lead capital projects from concept through completion Develop and mentor maintenance personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Manage contractors, vendors, and engineering service providers Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Plant Leadership to achieve production and business objectives Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline 10+ years of maintenance, reliability, engineering, or asset management experience within: Heavy Manufacturing Pulp & Paper Power Generation Chemical Processing Utilities Continuous Process Industries Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams in complex industrial environments Strong knowledge of: Mechanical Systems Electrical Distribution Instrumentation & Controls Power Generation Utility Systems Asset Reliability Programs Experience managing capital projects, maintenance budgets, contractors, and regulatory compliance initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
