Empowerment & Community Support Specialist

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Community Based Support Staff to provide structured support to individuals aged 22–55, helping them pursue and maintain meaningful employment or community-based day activities. You will educate through individualized service plans, promote social skills and community integration, and ensure health, safety, and well-being while implementing behavior and service plans.
