- Passion for working with children and helping them succeed
- Prior synchronized swimming and/or swimming experience preferred
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide synchronized swimming and swim instruction based on the Blue Gems Swim School curriculum
- Assist with creating choreography for routines
- Attend and assist athletes during competitions
- Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents
- Assess student progress and complete required paperwork
- Effectively communicate progress and feedback to students and their parents or guardians, ensure customer satisfaction
- Report issues to management as appropriate
- Place and remove lane lines, perform light cleaning duties around the pool deck
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
