Instructional Aide Substitutes are needed to support student success in a dynamic school environment near Daly City, CA. As an Instructional Aide, you’ll have the rewarding responsibility of working one-on-one or with small groups, helping students thrive both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support in classrooms
• Assist students individually or in small groups, as directed by educators
• Help students navigate daily routines, transitions, and tasks
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow IEPs as needed
• Support students with mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

Requirements for Compliance:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test in accordance with school regulations
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting tasks
• Current background clearances or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training is a plus, but not required
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and a collaborative attitude

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
