Retail Assistant Manager - Full-Time

Position Overview The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team and leading the customer experience. The role supports leadership development and contributes to sales goals and store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, leading daily interactions with the team. Develop and coach team members through training and direct guidance. Build a positive working environment and foster team cohesion. Make decisions and take initiative to meet store objectives. Achieve sales and operational goals, including accurate execution of SOPs. Support store opening and closing activities as a key holder. Utilize computer systems for sales, inventory, and reporting. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience; supervisory experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and take initiative. Strong computer proficiency. Flexible schedule availability. Must be at least 18 years old.
