About The Job:

Join  Affirmed Home Care , New York's  premier concierge home care agency . We are currently seeking compassionate healthcare professionals like yourself to join our exceptional team! We are hiring Registered Nurses with acute care experience working is units such as the ICU, Med Surg and ED for our highly specialized cases. We have 12 hour cases (Days) throughout Nassau County, including towns in Garden City,  Glen Cove, Oyster Bay and Port Washington!

 
We are offering hourly shift (6-12 hours) @ $55.00 and $125.00 per visit.

Requirements To Join Our Team:

• A minimum of one year of current RN experience in an acute care setting, home care experience a plus!
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Valid NYS RN License
• Valid BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year or chest x-ray within the past five years
• MMR Immunizations within the past ten years
• Covid Vaccination
