JOB TITLE:Overnight Parking LotSweeper–Full-Time LOCATION: West Chester Township, OH HOURS:3rd Shift COMPENSATION: $17-19 / Hour- Eligible for first pay increase at 6 months. Your daily impact: As our next Parking Lot Sweeper,you'llbe at the heart of our mission—delivering essential services that help improve public safetyandenhance environmental quality.You’lltake ownership of assigned routesincludingshopping centers and parking lots,drive the parking lot sweeper,andoperatespecializedequipment toensure parking areas are clean and well-maintained. The job responsibilities below outline the core duties and expectations ofthisposition, providing clarity on how the role supports Company goals. However,not all duties can be listed, andas business needs evolve, responsibilities may shift over time to reflect new priorities, processes, or technologies: Safety & Inspection:Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipmentin accordance withcompany standards. Ensure all safety features are operational before beginningroute. Execution:Review assigned routes thoroughly prior to departure. Be proactive in asking clarifying questions if the route or expectations are unclear. Complete assigned jobs within the allottedtimeframewhilemaintaining expected quality and attention to detail. Equipment Operation:Operate equipment safely and efficiently at all times, following all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and site-specific protocols.Exerciseadditionalcaution during inclement weather or challenging site conditions. Material Handling:Handle materials safely and securely; Apply correct procedures for material types and disposal sites. Reporting:Report any equipment issues, malfunctions, near misses, crashes, or injuries within 30 minutes or as soonas safelypossible. Immediately elevate opportunities, work issues, or safety concerns to management. Professional Communication:Maintain a professional attitude and appearance whilerepresentingthe company on job sites or in public areas. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients when needed. Compliance & Documentation:Accurately complete required logs, manifests, and forms. Adaptability & Problem Solving:Respond appropriately to changes and challenges;identifyand solveissues timely. Regular & Predictable Attendance:The ability to consistently report to work on time and as scheduled, with minimal unexcused absences. This includes being present and prepared to work throughout assigned shifts, and reliably adhering to start times, breaks, and end times. Physical Requirements: Physical requirements outline the essential on-the-job demands needed to perform the role safely and effectively. Work Environment & Exposure:Constant work outdoors with regular exposure to weather, elements, and traffic; occasional exposure to loud noise, dust/debris, and jarring conditions; limited exposure to chemicals. Physical Demands:Frequent sitting and walking/standing; occasional bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling; limited stair climbing and crawling; ability to lift and carry up to75lbs at varying heights, including overhead. Cognitive & Sensory Requirements:Continuous reading, screen use, mental focus, and hand-eye coordination throughout the workday. Equipment & Tools:Operation of specialized equipment and use of hand controls, foot controls, and fine motor skills. Safety & Protective Gear:Required use ofappropriate PPE, including high-visibility apparel, eye, ear, hand, foot, head, lung, and skin protection.
