35-40hrs a week | Full Time | W2 | 1 Base Year + 1 Optional

The role

We are looking for a CREDO Facilitator to deliver workshops, retreats, and development programs that support service members and their families.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences, guiding meaningful conversations, and helping participants develop skills in resilience, relationships, and personal growth within a military environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a CREDO Facilitator , you will:

• Facilitate workshops, retreats, and group sessions for military personnel and their families.
• Lead programs focused on areas such as relationship development, resilience, suicide prevention, leadership development, and personal growth.
• Support workshop planning, delivery, evaluations, and reporting.
• Communicate with military leaders, chaplains, and program teams to support successful events.
• Help create a welcoming environment where participants can engage, learn, and develop.

The person

The ideal candidate must have:

• A minimum of two years’ experience as a CREDO or similar program facilitator.
• A master’s degree in theology, counseling, education, or a related field.
• Experience in pastoral care, counseling, social work, education, or a similar setting.
• Experience developing and delivering training or curriculum.
• Strong communication, presentation, and group facilitation skills.
• The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to different audiences.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous military experience or experience supporting military personnel, families, or community programs.
• Relevant certifications or training in areas such as suicide prevention, relationship education, leadership development, or pastoral care.
