Job Description

Job Summary:
Implementing advanced electrophysiology procedures within a catheterization lab, the EP Lab Tech ensures efficient and accurate cardiac mapping and ablation therapies. The role requires collaboration with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and calibrate specialized EP lab equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist physicians during electrophysiology procedures, including mapping, ablation, and device implantations.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes or complications.
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile protocols and safety procedures throughout procedures.
• Document all procedural details accurately in patient records.
• Stay updated with industry advancements to support continuous improvement of lab practices.

Qualifications:

• Hold at least 2 years of clinical electrophysiology or radiology lab experience.
• Credentialed as an EP Tech with relevant certifications preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in cardiac mapping, ablation, and device implantation techniques.
• Possess strong attention to detail and excellent patient care skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with medical staff.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing clinical demands.
