Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Fulton Commons Care Center – East Meadow, NYWe at EMPRO Staffing are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Fulton Commons Care Center in East Meadow, NY.Available shifts:7:00 AM – 3:00 PM3:00 PM – 11:00 PM11:00 PM – 7:00 AMPay rate: $42/hour Weekend requirement: Every other weekend required (please apply only if you can commit) Experience requirement: No new graduates – prior LPN experience requiredIf this location isn't the right fit, we also partner with multiple nursing homes throughout Long Island, offering a variety of shifts and schedules. We're happy to help you find the best match.Hourly rate: $42Pay period: Sunday to SaturdayPay schedule: Weekly, every Thursday via direct depositShifts: 7:00AM to 3:00PM and 3:00PM to 11:00PMResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine procedures.Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.Document patient care activities and communicate changes in patient status to the nursing team.Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.
