Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Law Firm)

On-Site | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Fort Lauderdale, FL

About the Role

You'll run Maimone Legal's social media and create much of the content yourself. One day you're shooting a Reel with one of our attorneys, the next you're editing a YouTube Short, writing captions, or building ad creative for a Meta campaign. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager, our attorneys, and firm leadership.

This isn't a strategy-only seat where you plan the content and hand it off. You'll be behind the camera and in the editor most days. It also isn't a "post anything" brand: we're a law firm, so content has to be accurate, and anything that touches the law gets attorney review first. If you've done marketing for a law firm, you already know how that works. If you like making content that actually helps people, you'll have room to grow here.

What You'll Do

• Plan and manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with captions, plus photo content
• Turn real client questions, immigration news, and relocation topics into content ideas
• Write captions, scripts, and talking points for our attorneys and team
• Schedule and publish posts, confirm they went live correctly, and respond to comments and messages
• Help with our Meta and Google Ads campaigns, mainly by creating ad creative sized for each placement
• Track reach, engagement, and follower growth, and report what's working

What We're Looking For

Required

• Experience running social media for a brand, business, or agency, with a portfolio or accounts to show us
• A basic understanding of how Meta Ads and Google Ads work (you don't need to be an expert)
• Hands-on short-form video shooting and editing
• Strong writing for captions and scripts
• Canva skills for quick graphics
• Organized and reliable with deadlines and a shared task board

Preferred

• Social media or marketing experience at a law firm 
• Hands-on experience running Meta or Google Ads campaigns
• Comfortable directing attorneys and team members on camera
• Using AI tools to speed up editing and content work
• Experience growing a new channel or account from the ground up
