Responsibilities The nurse plans and delivers direct and indirect patient care, develops nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff, and communicates changes in patient conditions to physicians and team members. Qualifications Completion of education required for Texas RN licensure or multi-state license via Nurse Licensure Compact. BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Active ACLS certification through AHA. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Preferred Skills 1+ years of Med-Surg hospital experience. Knowledge of patient safety best practices.
