The Hampton Inn by Hilton is looking to fill a Full-Time Front Desk position at our fast-paced hotel. We are looking for a team member that can work with an award-winning team and help continue our success.

Job Summary
Are you a person with a passion for customer service? If so, we’d like to hear from you! We are seeking an outgoing and organized individual to be the Front Desk Associate at our Hampton Inn by Hilton. As the Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet visitors to the area both for work and leisure. You will assist them with their needs while they visit our area and ensure a comfortable stay.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors as they arrive
Check-in guests with reservations
Collect and confirm guest information
Answer phones
Schedule, confirm, and cancel reservations
Process payments
Other administrative duties, as assigned

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
Effective communication with clients and coworkers
Comfortable working with general public
Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and other technology
