Are you a person with a passion for customer service? If so, we’d like to hear from you! We are seeking an outgoing and organized individual to be the Front Desk Associate at our Hampton Inn by Hilton. As the Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet visitors to the area both for work and leisure. You will assist them with their needs while they visit our area and ensure a comfortable stay. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors as they arrive
- Check-in guests with reservations
- Collect and confirm guest information
- Answer phones
- Schedule, confirm, and cancel reservations
- Process payments
- Other administrative duties, as assigned
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication with clients and coworkers
- Comfortable working with general public
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and other technology
