Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to different care environments, client needs, and care plans Skilled in providing personal care , companionship, mobility assistance, and support with daily living activities Knowledgeable in safety practices, infection control, and resident dignity and confidentiality Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary care team Valid driver’s license , reliable personal vehicle , and current auto insurance for transportation to clients and facilities Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care With a negative Tuberculosis Test Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and light housekeeping Accompany clients to appointments Monitor well-being and communicate updates Document care provided If you’re looking for a company that improves the lives of others, invests in their employees, and provides a supportive environment, you should join the Senior Helpers team!
