Kelley Dental Laboratory is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member for shipping, customer service, and case entry .
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and ship dental cases on time
- Answer phones and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Open and enter cases into our system accurately
- Support the team with daily office and lab tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive, personable, and professional attitude
- Comfortable with computers and multitasking
- Experience in customer service, shipping, and office support or dentistry is a plus
