Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with their insurance questions in English or Spanish.
• Updating client account details with accuracy and care.
• Explaining policy information in simple terms that are easy to understand.
• Collaborating with our agents to ensure every client leaves the conversation feeling supported.
• Managing documentation and electronic records to keep our files organized.
• Providing a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who reaches out to our office.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong comfort level with basic computer navigation and web-based software.
• Clear and kind communication skills when speaking over the phone.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is helpful, but not strictly required.
• Patience and a genuine desire to help people solve their problems.
