Our Penn Plaza salon is in search of a Salon Manager to lead a squad of pros & secure the bag! Base is $21-$24/hr, but total potential hits $40-$45/hr with tips and bonuses. Weekly checks are getting a major glow-up! We support our leaders with 401(k) match, PTO, and clear paths to level up. What you bring to the team To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you'll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
