Responsibilities:

• Assist with the administration of medications and treatments under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians

• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

• Provide basic patient care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with daily living activities, including feeding, toileting, and ambulation

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification or equivalent experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients
