Key Responsibilities Provide food prep, cooking, delivery, set up, serving, breakdown and cleaning for catering events both on and off premises. Prepare hot and cold items for service according to established recipes and standards. Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures. Sample, smell, and observe food to ensure conformance to recipes and standards of appearance and taste. Maintain a sanitary workstation, including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing. Select and use knives, hand tools, utensils, and equipment to portion, cut, slice, mash, puree, whip, beat, roll, stuff, maintain holding temperature, cook or otherwise produce food at the assigned station. Put-up truck orders and stock deliveries. Remove trash as needed. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED and 1 year of food service experience. Ability to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
