Assist with Safety Quality with SOP Reviews, Quality Standards communications, and ensuring site compliance with expectations./ppstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/pulliPerforming cycle counts daily as assigned./liliInvestigating inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts and determining root cause of problem./liliPulling slow moving or obsolete inventory as requested by the customer in order to dispose, salvage, or donate. This may include physically lifting or moving product or materials./liliProcessing returned shipments by unloading the trailer and determining what is first quality or damaged inventory./liliEnsuring that all proper written documentation is signed off and filed./liliParticipating and coaching LTOs during physical inventories or samplings as requested by the customer to ensure the integrity of the inventory process./liliIdentifying and researching unique inventory occurrences to correct them prior to having to lock a bay or make an inventory adjustment./liliEnsures Audit preparedness/liliFollows corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed./liliMaintain food safety and sanitation standards, in accordance with Food Safety Guidelines./li/ulpstrongSchedule:/strong 6:00am-2:30pm/ppstrongCompensation:/strong $27.00/ppstrongStatus:/strong Non-Exempt/ppstrongBenefits:/strong/pulli401(k) matching/liliDental insurance/liliHealth insurance/liliLife insurance/liliPaid time off/liliVision insurance/li/ululliTwo years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience./liliHigh School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education./liliMust have excellent oral and written communication skills./liliMust have experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications./liliMust be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, hearing protection, bump cap, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies./liliAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals./liliAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the general public./liliAbility to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals./liliAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals./liliAbility to compute rate, ratio and percent and to generate and interpret graphs./liliAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists./liliAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form./li/ulpstrongPreferred Not Required/strong/pulliOperational experience preferred/liliUnderstand SAP experience working with a variety of WMS/liliKnowledge of ERP/MRP Warehouse Management Systems/li/ul/div
