Quick Facts:

• Start Date: 12/21/2026
• End Date/Duration: 1 week (initial assignment) with potential extension
• Shift: 24-Hour Call (07:00 - 07:00)
• Hours/Week: 40+ hours, including callback hours
• Employment Type: Contract (Travel/Locum) possible
• Licensing: AZ medical license or IMLC license in process, DEA required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year post-residency in Face, Hands, and Trauma procedures

What You'll Do:

• Provide plastic surgery support in a Level 1 Trauma hospital setting
• Manage face, hand, and trauma cases with support from hospital staff
• Cover emergency and scheduled procedures for diverse patient populations of all ages
• Assist with face, hand, and trauma reconstructive procedures
• Coordinate with the hospital team to deliver high-quality patient care during 24-hour shifts
• Utilize Cerner EMR system to document care and procedures

What You Need:
Required:

• Board-certified or eligible (BE) in Plastic Surgery
• AZ medical license or IMLC license in progress
• DEA license
• At least 1 year of relevant experience with trauma, face, and hand procedures

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility
• Strong procedural skills in facial, hand, and trauma surgeries
