Job Coach II

About the Role: We are hiring a Job Coach II to provide individualized support to clients at competitive employment sites across San Diego County. In this role, you’ll help clients learn job skills, adapt to their work environments, and achieve long-term employment success. Location: San Diego & MCRD Pay: The pay for this position is $22.00 to $22.00. Schedule: Varies What You’ll Do: Provide one-on-one job coaching and workplace training Assist clients in building job skills and meeting employer expectations Support workplace integration and social skill development Monitor job performance and provide feedback Document progress and maintain accurate records Collaborate with employers, case managers, and support networks What You’ll Need: High school diploma or GED One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills CPR & First Aid certification (training provided) Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance preferred Benefits & Perks: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, accrued vacation & sick hours, paid holidays, employee assistance program, mileage reimbursement (if applicable), paid training and much more!
