Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Emergency Room License: Valid RN license required Certifications: BLS ACLS PALS NIHSS TNCC Must-Have: Charting experience with Epic Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse with ER experience. Position is for day shifts, 3x12 hours. Two weekend shifts required per contract. First-time travelers are accepted. All certifications must be in hand at the time of submission. Patient ratio on the unit is 4:1. Daily census averages around 100 patients. The unit is well-supported by interdisciplinary teams. Emergency procedures include intubation and central line management. Candidates should have strong skills in managing acute conditions. Experience with high-acuity patients is preferred. Local candidates will not be considered. Travelers may be required to float to similar units as needed. Modules will be completed onsite during the orientation process.
