Position Summary:

Each server's primary objective is to show our guests an exceptional dining experience and they will want to return again and again.

Skills and Abilities:

Deliver the highest quality service to guests at all times
Has strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices, and procedures in a restaurant
Highly proficient in product, food and beverage knowledge
Make recommendations and suggestive sell items you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
Assist in maintaining a clean, safe working environment

Attributes:

Must maintain EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
Must possess passion and knowledge for food and beverage offerings
Promote and participate in a STRONG TEAM EFFORT
Communicate effectively and positively with guests and fellow employees

Education/Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Valid California Food Handler Certification
Minimum 1 year experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant
