When a data center breaks ground, when a rig needs potable supply at 2 a.m., when a pipeline crew runs dry 40 miles from pavement — we're the truck that shows up. We run 24/7/365, we run 100+ loads a day, and we're growing fast enough that we need good drivers in four regions at once.

*We're not looking for seat-fillers. We're looking for CDL-A drivers who show up, take care of the equipment, and can be trusted with a customer's job site without a supervisor standing over them. If that's you, we'll pay you well, keep you loaded, and be straight with you about your schedule.

Pick your schedule. We run two driver pools.

HOME EVERY NIGHT

Local / Regional

▪ Home daily. You sleep in your own bed.

▪ Runs stay in your region.

▪ Lodging available in some cases when a job pushes you out past your normal radius.

Best for: drivers with family at home who still want full hours.

2 WEEKS ON, 1 WEEK OFF

Traveling

▪ 14 days on / 7 days off. Clean, predictable rotation.

▪ You stay on or near the job site while you're working.

▪ Lodging guaranteed. Per diem guaranteed. Both covered by us, every rotation — no exceptions, no reimbursement paperwork games.

▪ Your off week is genuinely off.

Best for: drivers who want to stack hours, bank the per diem, and take a full week at home.

What you'll be hauling — and what you'll be hauling it in

Potable and high-purity water (R.O. / D.I.) — moved in high-end stainless steel, food-grade tankers. This is clean freight. You're delivering drinking water and process-critical high-purity water, and the equipment is spec'd and maintained to match.

Wastewater and fresh water — moved in new vacuum trailers.

The equipment is new. That's not a throwaway line.

We run new Peterbilt 567s and International LT625s and HX520s — and we buy them new, not off a lease return. Our trailers are new. If you've spent the last few years babying somebody's worn-out iron down a lease road and eating the downtime when it quit on you, that's not this job. You get a truck that starts, stops, and pulls — and a shop that keeps it that way.

*Customers include data center construction, midstream and oilfield operators, and pipeline crews across West Texas, the Panhandle, Abilene, South Texas, and New Mexico.

What you need

▪ Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement

▪ 2+ years verifiable driving experience

▪ Clean MVR and acceptable DOT background

▪ Ability to pass DOT drug screen and background check

▪ Willingness to work in an active industrial / construction environment

▪ Reliability. This one isn't a formality — our customers plan their day around our arrival time.
