Job Summary:
Emergency Room RN - Farmington, Connecticut. This position involves providing specialized emergency care within a healthcare facility. The role requires working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with every other weekend (Friday and Saturday) rotation, along with call and holiday duties. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.

Job Details:

• Specialty: Emergency Room (ER)
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid licenses; a minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience; at least 1 year of prior travel experience in the ER; certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience floating to Psych Hold areas is preferred but not mandatory
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The role involves potential overtime, as staff are part of the unit rotation pool to ensure coverage, including working additional hours as needed.
