Elementary School Teacher

Stratford School seeks an Elementary Teacher to lead a multi-classroom model serving grades K–5. In this role, you will provide core instruction, guide small groups, and coordinate with partner teachers across multiple classrooms to deliver Stratford’s accelerated, STEAM-focused curriculum. You will use data to differentiate instruction, integrate project-based learning, and support character education. Teachers collaborate closely with colleagues and families, participate in professional development, and maintain a warm, structured learning environment that promotes academic growth and social-emotional development for all students.
