Job Title: Endoscopy Clinical Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Range: $96,400 – $125,000 annually

Job Summary:
The Endoscopy Clinical Manager oversees daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff development, and efficient department performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Manage department budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Promote collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and support development of clinical care guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 2–4 years of clinical experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with endoscopy or procedural care preferred.
