Fence Laborer
We are seeking a dependable Fence Laborer to assist with fence installation and general job-site duties. Experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train someone who is hardworking, reliable, and ready to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installing and repairing fences
- Dig holes, set posts, and carry materials
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Dependable and able to arrive on time
- Able to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to pass a background check as required by our job sites
Pay and Schedule
- Pay is based on experience
- Prevailing-wage (PW) projects are part of this position, although not every job is PW
- Overtime is available
