The Production Manager / Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing daily production operations while ensuring equipment, facilities, and work areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role combines leadership, hands-on technical skills, and a commitment to supporting employees of all abilities.

Production Manager

• Supervise daily production activities and workflow

• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are met

• Train and support employees, including individuals with disabilities

• Monitor safety compliance and maintain an inclusive work environment

• Coordinate materials, supplies, and production schedules

• Maintain accurate production records and reports

Maintenance Technician

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic facility issues

• Coordinate with management when specialized repairs are needed

• Conduct preventative maintenance programs

• Ensure all tools and equipment are in safe operating condition
