Seeks out new avenues for building internal and external relationships; maintains contacts with existing relationships.Detailed DescriptionPerforms tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:· The responsibilities span the HPS indirect supply chain including the Supplier, material flow, Planning and internal Customer interface.· Acts as primary contact for the Internal Customer and other Sites that serve the Customer as it relates to material supply strategies.· Advises senior management of process issues, opportunities and recommends action plans.· Provides escalation support for Supplier issues.Knowledge/Skills/Competencies· Knowledge of Celestica's global HPS supply chain including strategies and objectives.· Strong knowledge of IT concepts and systems· Excellent knowledge of advanced planning systems and techniques· Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem resolution skills· Strong communication and presentation skills· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills· Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal customers.Physical Demands· Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.· Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.· Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently requiredSalaryBase Salary $107,848 - $160,734 The stated range includes Base Salary and target Short-Term Incentive (STI) compensation only.
