Staff UX Designer — Fintech, Design Lead & Mentor

You will lead and mentor a small design team, partner with Product and Engineering, and drive research-informed design leadership across regulated financial workflows. You’ll own end-to-end UX for deals, investors, and internal ops, balancing compliance with exceptional user experiences.
