Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Cardiovascular OR in last 3 years.
• Travel Experience 26 weeks of travel experience.
• EMR Epic
• Skills Assessment CVO skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 2 years. 1 Charge RN reference within the last 182 days.
• Additional Confirmations I am aware this health system does not accept block scheduling requests.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: Strong Cardiovascular Surgery experience, specifically including Open Heart Surgery. Experience in Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and Robotics.
• COVID Vaccine 1 booster required. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
