Pre-Access Lead: Operations Mentor & Patient Access Champion

Akron Children's Hospital

Akron Children’s Hospital is looking for a Pre-Access Lead to oversee daily operations within the Pre-Access department. This position ensures timely completion of pre-registration, insurance verification, and authorization processes. The ideal candidate will mentor staff, monitor work queue performance, and support adherence to Patient Access standards, enhancing operational efficiency. A minimum of 2 years in Patient Access is required, with experience in pediatric healthcare preferred.
