Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day, Evening & Overnight Shifts (Trenton, NJ) Location: Trenton, NJ Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing Company: Affirmed Home Care

These 1:1 private duty cases allow you to provide focused, developmentally appropriate care to children who benefit from attentive, individualized nursing in the comfort of their homes.

We have immediate openings for day, evening, and overnight shifts, with flexible scheduling across several cases. Build a schedule that fits your lifestyle while delivering care that truly matters.

• Individualized pediatric care — Provide safe, developmentally appropriate care tailored to each child

• Monitor clinical status — Observe, document, and report changes in condition

• Family‑centered support — Partner with families to promote comfort and stability

• Home safety — Maintain infection control and proper equipment use

LPN: $35/hr

• Day shifts

• Evening shifts

• Overnight shifts

Flexible scheduling across multiple pediatric cases.

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or facility)

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption

• Supportive pediatric clinical leadership
