We are a well-established commercial general contractor located in Orange County, specializing in Tenant Improvements and Special Projects. We’re looking for a seasoned and results-driven Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction, from planning to closeout. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with strong project management experience who’s ready to take full ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.

Position Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the company’s quality standards. This includes estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, contract administration, client communication, and overall project execution. The ideal candidate brings a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead teams and build lasting client relationships.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manage Tenant Improvements and Special Projects

Estimating and negotiating project costs

Formulating the construction budget and budget management

Managing the construction scheduling and work timetables

Determining which project management methods and strategies are appropriate for each project

Communicating with the project owner and stakeholders regarding budget, progress, etc.

Proposal execution

Pre-Con Estimating

Oversee / Manage submittal, RFI & Change Request process

Project planning

Contract review and administration

Scheduling with Microsoft Project

Subcontractor change order resolution

Disseminate project information to Project Team.

Constantly distribute project information to subcontractors, Superintendent and Project Engineer.

Oversee project closeout and obtain all warranties required for project.

Create estimates.

Learn Jonas and Microsoft software.

Business Development & Business Retainage.

Ensure company procedures and standards are maintained with employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

College Degree- Construction Related Preferred and similar Construction experience.

3 years minimum as Project Manager.

Experience with Word, Excel and Microsoft software.

Scheduling familiarity with Microsoft Project.
