Production Worker (2nd & 3rd Shift)Job Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing ceiling tiles and panels by applying felt or protective film to finished products before they move to quality inspection and shipping. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment where quality, consistency, and teamwork are essential.Shift Options:2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:15 PM3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:15 AMResponsibilitiesApply felt to ceiling tiles and panels using production equipment.Apply protective film to finished ceiling panels before shipment.Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.Qualifications & RequirementsPrevious manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.Able to lift, carry, and move materials as required.Reliable, punctual, and dependable attendance.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.What We're Looking ForPositive attitude and strong work ethic.Team player with good communication skills.Ability to learn new production processes quickly.Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.Equal Opportunity Employer: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
