PACE-RI Enrollment RN is a community-based role reporting to the Chief of Growth. You will conduct initial assessments for potential enrollees, determine eligibility, and coordinate with the IDT to support enrollment across Rhode Island. The position requires organization, independence, and excellent customer service for both internal and external partners, with occasional evening/weekend hours and travel throughout RI. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pace Ri
