Customer Service Representative
Location: Yaphank, NY 11980 Duration: 12 12-month contract Position Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, chat, etc.).
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently.
- Provide product/service information and support.
- Process requests and maintain customer records.
- Escalate complex issues as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Customer-focused attitude.
