Job responsibilities Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Answer incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates. Mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies. Additional clerical duties. Enthusiastically greet/host and provide support to guests, visitors, and employees. Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality. Take initiative to proactively address guest needs and answer questions. Answer all incoming calls and direct the caller to the appropriate associate. Service as main contact for all packages/deliveries. Support ID Studio with badge processing and building access. Respond and follow through to requests for information and communicate with all levels of management with minimal supervision. Maintain all conference rooms for cleanliness and reserve conference rooms, including ordering and/or set up. Resolve problems associated with copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms. Assist with submission of requests for office/building maintenance activities. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Any and all other duties and tasks assigned. Work schedule Monday - Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM. Requirements High School diploma, state equivalent, or GED equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Strong team player with a “can-do” attitude. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to identify issues and solutions. Ability to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time. Preferred Minimum 2 years previous customer service-related experience. Knowledge with access control; granting and restricting visitor access. Eligibility This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Compensation Expected compensation for this position: 44,000.00 – 54,000.00 USD per year. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
