Job Description

Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP. Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed. Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers. Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies. Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently, as well as complying with FAR regulations. Create and submit invoices to our external customers. Maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise.

Qualifications You Must Have

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, ability to work well in teams. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions. Ability to produce and modify Microsoft Power Point presentations. Experience meeting deadlines and working in a schedule driven environment. Ability to support multiple time zones. University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent experience This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship. The position is currently hybrid; the candidate should be located within commuting distance of the following regions: Richardson, TX Tucson, AZ Farmington, CT Cedar Rapids, IA

Qualifications We Prefer

3.0 GPA and above. Experience in a financial setting working with numbers, large data sets, and computations. Relevant internship or co-op experience. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and look up functions.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
