Answering Calls & Emails: Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism, addressing patient inquiries, providing information, and scheduling appointments as needed. Patient Check-In & Check-Out: Oversee patient check-in and check-out processes, confirming personal information, ensuring accurate data entry, and handling payments or insurance verification.
